All meat is shipped frozen and insured in an amount sufficient to cover tthe customer's cost. If you receive an order from Sunset Ridge Buffalo Farm which is damaged rendering the product unsuable, or if the order is incorrect, immediately contact Jack at 336-583-6666 or buffalojack7@gmail.com for a replacement order or credit. We reserve the right to decide the remedy based on circumstances.
